For general Tiroler information, including all the towns, camping sites etc etc near the Karwendel, take a look at the official tourist information for Austria (The Karwendel is located in Tirol). This way you get directly to Tirol

Ok, I will add this one although I don't realy like it. The walking times it give are in general 20-40% too low and not all tours are on it. Even some very common or beautifull ones. It also sells a CD-ROM I wouldn't spent my money on. But it mentions almost every austrian cabin
